Oceamides®, a lipid-based ingredient inspired by human epidermal lipids helps to recover skin barrier integrity, protect & regenerate the skin barrier.
Lipidomics analysis (Liquid Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry) revealed the presence of human skin barrier lipids such as ceramide NP, ceramide NS, ceramide NG, but also other lipid classes important to skin barrier function such as cholesterol and free fatty acids.
